All sales are final. A download cannot be returned once it has been delivered, and printed kits are produced to order, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Downloads never ship, so there is no shipping cost on them. Printed orders ship within Canada and the United States at a flat $20, and free on orders of $300 or more. Orders are printed on demand and ship within 7 working days, usually arriving in a few days to a week. We ship with USPS, Canada Post and other carriers.
