Every resource we sell is either an instant digital download or a printed classroom material produced to order. Because a download cannot be returned once it has been delivered, and printed kits are made for each order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your download link does not work, or a printed order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of your order and we will make it right, either by re-sending the file or replacing the item.
