Downloads never ship, so there is no shipping cost on them. Printed orders ship within Canada and the United States at a flat $20, and free on orders of $300 or more. Orders are printed on demand and ship within 7 working days, usually arriving in a few days to a week. We ship with USPS, Canada Post and other carriers.
