Public Performance Rights (PPR) are the legal rights to publicly show a film or video (media).

Therefore, the purchase of Sex Ed Mart resources of media content, can be screened and viewed in the context of a classroom or clinic setting. Therefore, screening and viewing content in the context of a classroom or clinic setting does not constitute a Public Showing.

What Do You NOT Have The Rights To Do?
In addition, when you purchase a Sex Ed Mart program, you do not have the right to have the program be viewed or screened in larger audiences outside of regular curriculum, such as:

- student events,
- extracurricular events,
- general lectures
- or uploaded to websites (YouTube, social media, your own personal website and or blog).
Can I Share The Program with Other Schools and Organizations?
The purchaser also does NOT have explicit permission to share the Sex Ed Mart program with other schools and organizations because the purchaser simply does not have the necessary PPR rights.
Therefore, if the purchaser wishes to share the Sex Ed Mart program with other schools and Organizations, the purchaser must contact the Sex Ed Mart administration to clear those rights before proceeding.
