Good Hygiene/ Bad Manners is a fun and interactive activity that helps teachers share with their students all the typical behaviors around hygiene, and what is expected of them in most social settings in public.
It lists behaviors as either “good hygiene”, or “bad manners” (for social appropriateness), or allows for some behaviors to be acceptable when “only in private”.

The Good Hygiene / Bad Manners – Classroom Activity Kit set is perfect for elementary students with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need hygiene and manners spelled out a little more succinctly than their typical peers. The visuals made it easy to share with nonverbal and verbal students and I think it helped with them being able to store it to memory and apply long after the lesson. Great resource for teachers.
