Body Positivity – Classroom Activity Kit

This activity kit explores the physical and emotional changes that occur during puberty.
It asks students to place the changes under categories of MALE / FEMALE / BOTH, and helps teach that while some physical changes may be different, many of the emotional changes may be the same for everyone.
It also asks students to think about what body image is, and how we can feel good during the changes and help others to feel the same too.
The Print version of this activity comes with all play playing pieces (laminated) to be re-used many times,
It also comes with a guided set of discussion questions for the Instructor.

This is a great kit! Some of my students have expressed negative self-talk in relation to body image so I purchased the Body Positivity – Classroom Activity Kit in hopes of eradicating these negative thoughts (that begin at such a young age!). This activity was fun and educational!
